Return & Cancellation Policy: 

We sell only new, first quality materials that are generally considered in-stock and readily available.

Orders may not be cancelled once the order is placed. We recommend that you estimate carefully and that you purchase enough but not too much. This is your responsibility. We may add but cannot subtract from any order that has been placed by you. Refusing to accept delivery of an order does not entitle you to a refund for that order. Sample sizes are available. Please confirm your colors carefully prior to ordering.

All sales are final. No exceptions.

Shipping Policy: 

You must be sure the delivery address is correct and is accessible by a delivery truck. Large orders that must be palletized must offer large truck access and a commercial delivery area.

To protect our customers the delivery address may not be changed once the order is placed.

We can expedite the packaging and handling of your order only if you paid for an extra service to expedite your order. Expediting can not speed up the time in transit.

As your product ships its tracking information is assinged. We will send you tracking information the moment we have it.

Shipping times vary. Most orders ship by package service and take 1 to 2 days for the states surrounding NJ. Next day delivery is typical but not guaranteed when orders are placed in the morning.

Please always provide the best daytime phone number to reach you in case of a delivery problem.

Orders may not be redirected to any other locations except the address on the ticket without an  additional cost.

Upon delivery, the freight or package service company will require an adult signature with proof of identity.

We require delivery signatures for all orders. It is your responsibility if freight is missing or damaged because you authorized a “no-signature” delivery.

If your order comes by freight, it is considered tailboard, meaning you must unload it yourself. We do not authorize trucking companies to make in home deliveries or to move product into customer’s facility.

You must inspect, accept and sign for delivery of product with delivery agent present. You must also note any damage you see on the same paper you are signing no matter what the driver says at the time of delivery.

In the event of obvious damage please call us immediately and do not throw away damaged packaging but rather put in a plastic trash bag for the claim inspector.

Any claims for damage must be made prior to beginning work. If you find concealed damage you must provide proof consisting of one photo of all the damage in that same photo. We may ask for additional photos. We may also authorize an agent to inspect the damaged materials.

 Delays in transit are beyond our control and may we suggest that you purchase your product in advance of any need-by date, leaving time for inspection of your goods and any time included for potential re-delivery if time is of the essence for completion of a project.
